
The project aimed to implement the "Social Adaptation of Veterans, Veteran Women, and Their Family Members" social service in line with the state standard. Its goal was to support veterans and their families in returning to civilian life by providing psychosocial support and access to practical information on state payments, employment, and other opportunities.
Support was provided through a multidisciplinary team model: two psychologists and two case managers. This approach combined psychosocial support with individual case accompaniment.

The second stage focused on events for veterans and their families in Kharkiv, held at the Plich-o-Plich veteran space and online.

The initiative was implemented by the Stellar Ukraine Charitable Foundation with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, funded by the Government of Denmark. Partners also included the Plich-o-Plich Veteran Space municipal institution and the Plich-o-Plich Veteran Space Resource Center NGO.
